Merging with Advance Wars Wikia
For those wondering where the Advance Wars Wikia is, here you go: https://advancewars.fandom.com/wiki/Advance_Wars_Wiki
I am thinking that since Battalion Wars is part of the Nintendo Wars franchise, it may be appropriate to merge the Battalion Wars Wikia with the Advance Wars Wikia. The Battalion Wars games have proven themselves solid even if they have questionable communities to say the least. I think they should get some spotlight with that in mind especially with the release of Advance Wars Re-Boot Camp coming up. I am posting this to see what people think. Please get back to me on this if you happen to see this.

So much Fan Fiction in the Wikia?
Im Angry right now!
i been trying to fix the wikia for a while, but somebuddy always writes his fan fiction on the wikia, adding stuff that are not,
adding number of soldiers, civilians, etc or what he thinks of certain CO or Nation.
i attempted to fix some of the pages, but somebody wants to see his fan fic on the wikia.
we should make an cleanance Council for this kind of things
Mechanics ideas for Battalion Wars 3
Battalion Wars is, as we know, a good game, although saying that much on this Wikia is a politically correct comment. But really, it has a great concept going for it: the manual unit system. You control one guy at a time, and he ends up being the Squishy Wizard of your team, as he is stuck with human reaction time to deal with anything in the heat of combat, but when he can, human intelligence is more adaptable than the CPU's is. (The former, though, would be why Kuju sees fit that the player's unit has power boosts, but I'd rather it not be around as a standard in any sequels.) It's up to the human player to keep their AI support safe, tell them where to move and where to hit, and fight off any attacks and defenses in the meantime.

So all of the VS maps strike out
It turns out that every single VS map has horrible problems.
- 1 Storm the Palace
- 2 Destroy All Tundrans
- 3 Armada
- 4 Aces High
- 5 Cold War
- 6 Lightning Strike
- 7 Melee
- 8 Exchange of Fire
- 9 Border Patrol
- 10 Sand Castles
- 11 Donatsu Island
- 12 Battlestations
- 13 Unit balance
Favors: Xylvania (attacker - blatant advantage, very near auto-win)
Problems: people tend to believe that the Assault Maps give the attacker in general TOO MUCH of an advantage. Sometimes, this is genuinely true, but other times, what's supposed to happen is the defender is supposed to make use of crowd control or AI unit attacking. Storm the Palace is pretty much the latter in general.
Or at least it would be, if not for one problem: Xylvania's Gunship abuse. The Gunship can sneak behind one of the first 3 …
Battalion Wars 3
I've been waiting a while now for Battalion Wars 3 to be announced, particularly since BWII scored some high reviews. I haven't heard from anyone official. I respectfully request that anyone who has the true answer tell me please.
Any one up for Multiplayer?
Hey i'm Attackofyames and this is the first wiki i have really gotten into because iv been obsessed with Battalion wars since i got the first game back in 2006. I'v been looking at the Fallout new vegas site lately and they posted videos showing people where to find stuff and i think that could work this wiki. I need somebody with BWii, wi fi and a video capture card that works on the wii so we can record multiplayer matches. It would be great to have videos so we don't need to describe every detail of the multiplayer missions. Also I haven't been able to play BWii Multiplayer cause no one is on matchmaking which sucks cause this is the first time in 2 years i have gained interest in the wii and i would enjoy having more time to play what …
Let's balance Battalion Wars - units and AI
Well, Battalion Wars is definitely a solid game. At the moment, I'm trying to get myself to LP it, but with me still waiting for data recovery, it won't be an easy task. And, of course, I'm even on this Wikia. But few if any games can be too careful about balancing units, and Battalion Wars is no exception.
We start with AI units compared to the player unit. The player unit gets a power boost, which actually results in a bug when you open fire at an enemy and then transfer to another unit. I'm not going to get into details of the bug, comment if you want me to talk about it. I'm going to mention that Advance Wars: Days of Ruin has a similar concept: you load your CO onto a unit (for half the unit's price) and the unit gets power boosts depe…
Battlestations....are Game Breakers? WHAT?
Somebody on TV Tropes says that Battlestations are broken. I can't edit it out because of Fast Eddie's tyranny having disabled my account. The reason why this deserves to be thrown into question is because any scenario involving "broken" Battlestations is likely biased results.
Let's take a look at each of the Battlestation's appearances:
- The Guns of Tiki Bay - Xylvania has two of these things around, and the objective is to destroy them both. Thing is, you can destroy the first one with the Gunship you get from taking out the 2 Ack-Ack Vets, and the second one can still be shelled by a manual Bazooka that can even get rid of the Ack-Ack and Minigun support--of course, if you want that perfect S, you're going to have to rout all of the enemi…
